GeZla Terms & Conditions
Last updated August 24, 2026. Operator: GEZLA LTD, registered in Bulgaria under UIC 208912276.
1. Who We Are
GeZla is operated by GEZLA LTD, a company registered in the Republic of Bulgaria under Unified Identification Code (UIC) 208912276.
GeZla operates a mobile marketplace that connects customers with independent fashion designers for custom clothing, quote requests, orders, messaging, wardrobe tools, and AI-assisted styling features.
These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the GeZla app and related services in the European Union, including Bulgaria.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, browsing the app, contacting a designer, posting work, requesting a quote, accepting an offer, or using any GeZla feature, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use GeZla. If you use GeZla on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to use GeZla. You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account, unless the activity results from GeZla's failure to use reasonable security measures.
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, create legal risk, misuse the service, or threaten platform security.
4. Marketplace Role
GeZla provides the platform, messaging, ordering, payment, and support tools. Designers are independent sellers and are not employees, agents, or representatives of GeZla.
Unless an offer clearly states otherwise, the sales contract for a custom garment is between the customer and the designer. GeZla may assist with payment, dispute handling, refunds, and platform enforcement, but does not itself manufacture custom garments.
Designers are responsible for their listings, offers, prices, delivery estimates, business details, legal compliance, consumer information, tax obligations, and fulfillment of accepted orders.
5. Designer Obligations
Designers must provide truthful profile information, accurate examples of their work, clear prices or price ranges, realistic production and delivery estimates, and all legally required trader information before a customer accepts an offer.
Designers must only upload content they own or are allowed to use, must not infringe third-party intellectual property, and must not offer illegal, unsafe, counterfeit, misleading, or prohibited goods or services.
Designers must comply with applicable EU and Bulgarian consumer, tax, product safety, advertising, e-commerce, and data protection laws.
6. Customer Obligations
Customers must provide accurate measurements, delivery details, preferences, photos, deadlines, and other information needed for quotes and custom orders.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the designer's offer, item description, measurements, price, delivery estimate, cancellation terms, and any customization details before accepting and paying.
Customers must not misuse designer content, harass users, submit unlawful material, or attempt to move transactions off-platform where doing so avoids platform protections or fees.
7. Quotes, Offers, and Orders
A quote request is not binding. A binding order is created only when a designer sends an offer and the customer accepts it through GeZla, subject to successful payment if payment is required at that stage.
Each accepted offer should state the item, customization details, price, currency, taxes or fees where applicable, delivery or collection method, estimated production time, and any special terms.
Custom clothing may involve fit, fabric, color, and hand-production variation. Material changes after acceptance require agreement between the customer and designer and may affect price and timing.
8. Prices, Payments, and Fees
Prices shown in GeZla should include applicable taxes where required by law, unless clearly stated otherwise before checkout.
Payments must be made through GeZla's approved payment flow when available. Third-party payment providers may process card and payment data under their own terms.
GeZla may charge service, platform, payment, or commission fees. Any customer-facing mandatory fees must be disclosed before checkout. Designer fees may be described in a separate agreement or dashboard notice.
9. Delivery, Risk, and Inspection
Designers are responsible for producing and dispatching accepted orders according to the agreed terms. Delivery estimates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.
For goods sold to EU consumers, risk generally transfers to the consumer when the consumer, or a person designated by the consumer other than the carrier, physically receives the goods.
Customers should inspect delivered items promptly and contact the designer or GeZla support if an item is missing, damaged, materially different from the accepted offer, or not fit for the agreed purpose.
10. EU Consumer Withdrawal Rights
EU consumers generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from many distance contracts. However, EU consumer law contains exceptions, including for goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
Because GeZla orders usually involve made-to-measure or personalized clothing, the statutory withdrawal right may not apply once the designer begins production according to the accepted custom specifications.
If an order is not personalized, or if other law requires a withdrawal right, the designer must provide the legally required withdrawal information and process. This section does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
11. Cancellations, Returns, Refunds, and Defects
Cancellation availability depends on order status, customization level, designer terms, and applicable law. Designers should state whether cancellation is possible before production starts.
Refunds may be available where required by law, where the designer agrees, where an order is not fulfilled, or where GeZla determines through dispute review that a refund is appropriate.
EU and Bulgarian consumers have mandatory legal rights for non-conforming goods. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot be waived, including rights related to defective, misdescribed, or non-delivered goods.
12. AI Wardrobe and Styling Features
GeZla may provide AI-assisted wardrobe, color, fit, or styling recommendations based on user preferences, measurements, photos, and other submitted information.
AI outputs are informational and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a specific event, body, material, or garment. Users and designers remain responsible for final choices, measurements, production decisions, and order terms.
You must not upload photos or data unless you have the right to do so. Processing of photos and personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
13. User Content and License
Users may upload posts, images, profile details, messages, measurements, reviews, and other content. You retain ownership of your content.
You grant GeZla a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, transmit, resize, format, translate, and otherwise use your content as needed to operate, secure, improve, promote, and provide the service.
You must not upload unlawful, misleading, harmful, discriminatory, harassing, sexually exploitative, infringing, counterfeit, or privacy-invasive content.
14. Content Moderation and DSA Notices
GeZla may remove or restrict content, offers, accounts, or messages that breach these Terms, appear unlawful, create safety risk, infringe rights, or threaten platform integrity.
Users may report illegal content, goods, services, or rights infringements through support or in-app reporting where available. Notices should identify the content, explain why it is unlawful or infringing, and include contact details.
Where required by the EU Digital Services Act, GeZla will provide reasons for moderation decisions and offer available appeal options.
15. Intellectual Property
GeZla's app, brand, software, designs, text, interface, logos, and other platform materials are owned by GeZla or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or exploit GeZla's platform except as allowed by law or expressly permitted by us.
Designer content belongs to the relevant designer or rights holder. Customers may not reproduce or commercialize designer work without permission.
16. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy. Designers who receive customer personal data through GeZla must use it only to respond to requests, fulfill orders, provide support, and comply with law.
Designers must protect customer data, must not use it for unrelated marketing without a lawful basis, and must delete or return it when no longer needed unless retention is legally required.
17. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- Break applicable law or encourage others to do so.
- Post false, deceptive, infringing, unsafe, or unlawful content.
- Harass, threaten, discriminate against, or exploit other users.
- Interfere with app security, payments, availability, or data integrity.
- Use bots, scraping, fake accounts, or automated access without permission.
- Bypass fees, payment flows, trust systems, disputes, or safety controls.
18. Disputes Between Users
Customers and designers should first try to resolve order issues through GeZla messages. GeZla may review communications, order records, payment records, uploaded evidence, and delivery information to help resolve disputes.
GeZla may decide platform actions such as refund recommendations, payment holds, account restrictions, content removal, or support escalation. These platform decisions do not remove mandatory consumer rights or court remedies.
19. Consumer Complaints and ADR
EU and Bulgarian consumers may have access to consumer protection authorities, alternative dispute resolution bodies, and courts. In Bulgaria, consumer complaints may be directed to the Commission for Consumer Protection where applicable.
Contact GeZla first at the support email below so we can try to resolve the issue quickly.
20. Disclaimers
GeZla is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, perfect AI outputs, designer availability, or that every custom garment will meet subjective expectations.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, liability, or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
21. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GeZla is not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill, or losses caused by independent designers, users, third-party carriers, payment providers, or external services.
GeZla remains liable where liability cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence where applicable, death or personal injury caused by negligence, and mandatory consumer rights.
22. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update the app, features, fees, policies, and these Terms. Material changes will be notified in the app, by email, or by another reasonable method where required.
If changes materially affect your rights, they will apply after notice unless urgent legal, security, or operational reasons require faster action. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
23. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights available under the law of the consumer's country of residence.
If you are a consumer in the EU, you may bring claims in the courts required or permitted by applicable consumer law. If you are a business user, disputes are subject to the competent courts of Sofia, Bulgaria, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
